The Gin & Tonic

This variation is lighter, fresher, and more floral (infused with jasmine and rose). It pairs beautifully with tonic water for a highly aromatic highball that smells like an English garden.

Ingredients

• 50 ml Hawkridge Victorian Botanical Blend London Dry Gin or Hawkridge Victorian Aphrodisiac Blend London Dry Gin
• 150 ml Tonic Water

Garnish
Lime wedge

Instructions
Pour gin over ice in a glass. Top with tonic water, stir once gently, and garnish.
