The Classic Daiquiri

While a Daiquiri traditionally uses white rum, this 5-year-old Golden Rum elevates the drink. Its notes of vanilla, tobacco, and orange add a rich, caramel depth to the sharp lime, creating a superior "Gold Daiquiri."

Ingredients

• 60 ml Hawkridge Distiller’s Blend Golden Rum (5 Year Old)
• 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 22 ml Simple Syrup

Garnish

Instructions
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish.
